Placed an order online. The app said it was ready, when I get to the store the worker tells me that is coming. After 5 minutes... waiting I asked why is not ready and he said that they messed up the order, he tells me to wait that is coming out. I got upsetand left. I have limited lunch time. Customer service is bad. He could?ve mentioned that the order got messed up the moment Iwalked in. The entire time the employee is on his personal phone talking. Read more
As seen on the 2nd photo I ordered a pizza with philly steak but as you can see there?s no steak and I was missing the bbq sauce... I called the store and the guy did not want me to eat the pizza because they were going to send another one. But I alreadywaited 30 mins for the original pizza and I wasn?t going to wait for another 30 mins for 1 pizza I asked to be refunded and theywere persistent on sending another pizza instead. The manager was rude and didn?t even apologize for the mistake nor theinconvenience. Would not recommend this particular location to anyone. Read more
