my plans to grocery shop and make dinner were thwarted by a rainy night and Trader Joe?s closing at 9. thankfully Dominos was on... my way back home, so i could do takeout on my way home. this Dominos is pretty clean, brightly lit, and has a several tables ifyou want to dine-in. however the garbage cans were almost overflowing?gross. there?s a display which counts down til your orderis done. PRO TIP: use the app to order takeout if you pay in store, then it?s more expensive than ordering online via the appor website?huh? makes no sense to me, so i ordered online while standing in the store as opposed than ordering from theemployees hahahaha weird. my thin crust pizza came out in less than ten minutes, super hot, and boxed up accordingly. the pizzatasted fine?though the pepperoni is super salty now. the thin crust pizza is very bar/tavern like with a cracker-likecrust. the employees are just there. not friendly or unfriendly. i feel like if Domimos could just have robot-run locationsthen they would lol Read more
Contacted this Domino's in New York to order a pizza as a tourist, 2.0 miles from my hotel the manager says no and hangs the... phone up on me. Domino's has to do a better job allowing people to own chains. They are a complete unprofessional reflectionof the company. I would give this restaurant a -100 if that was an option. Read more
What's the definition of insanity? Someone who lives in NYC and gets their pizza from a chain store like Domino's. You live in... the global capital for pizza. Even tourists know better. Seriously. Worst Domino's I ever ordered from. I received my entire order incorrect and the chicken haberno sandwich was moldy and I only... discovered it after I ate most of the sandwich. Upon calling the store the man who answered pretended that "his manager" wouldcall back but couldn't give his name or the manager's name or repeat the phone number to which I would receive the call back. Hethen proceeded to hang up several times and I'm pretty sure I am sick from eating the sandwich. Read more
My daughter and I love this dominoes. What I am now upset about it?s the price changes now they charge $5.99 for delivery fee... and they add a extra $1 to every item you order for delivery and than the delivery guys still expect a separate tip on top ofall these fees as if you have to give them a tip what?s the delivery fee for and I?m sure they get paid for being a delivery guyalready I?ve always given tips to them and anywhere I get service but I refuse to tip on top of all these new fees and I do notappreciate the delivery guys expressing their disappointment cause I?m disappointed Read more
Always kind and efficient- truly a great franchise. I complained once that the pizzas were consistently cut poorly (too shallow,... slices wouldn?t separate) and the next pie I ordered- months later- was cut perfectly. They obviously take pride in what theydo- very impressed! Read more
Waited an hour to be delivered these pizzas... I mean the delivery guy is riding a bicycle I don't understand how unless he puts... his bike down on its side it ends up like this. The store gets $7 as a delivery fee and I tip $3.80 or something so I've inessence paid Domino's over $10 to get.... THIS. Read more
