New employees need customer service training … Food has been less then appetizing … esp the spaghetti and meat sauce on... Fridays… I had to discard it the last few times I ordered it…!!! :(. Order the pizza really fantastic. Great family restaurant with room for groups to be seated. The owners and people working there... are so friendly and attentive we all felt well provided for. They have a variety of American Italian dishes from pasta to allsorts of cooked stuff. Prices are reasonable so if you're in the neighborhood give it a try Read more
Tried their Vegetarian, and Sicilian slices. Had them with their regular coffee. Oh so good. The vegetarian had a lot of fresh... toppings, none of which looked or tasted canned: roasted eggplant, broccoli, tomatoes, onions. Got a pepperoni pizza roll today at 12:45 PM. It wasn't cheesy and not good at all. I was expecting it to be fresh since this... location opened at 11AM but it tasted old. It was warm on the outside and cold in the inside. Is the marinara sauce on the sideserved cold? Cold pizza roll and cold marinara sauce? Very disappointed. Read more
Casual upper east side pizzeria with nice back room restaurant. The veal dish was tender with a delicate flavorful lemon sauce... with capers. Large serving of 3 luscious pieces. They offer you either a salad or pasta and I opted for a salad which was crispyand delicious and had tomatoes green beans olives and served with a delicious Italian dressing and warm garlic rolls or Italianbread. Dependable pizza and food. Definitely reputable for a dine and dash or a full hot Italian meal. Their tomato sauce hasthe old world flavor! So tasty! Read more
I don't know how this place has such good reviews on Google maps. I placed an order for take out. I got a mozzarella and basil... pizza. It was horrible, the basil was burnt to a crisp, the sauce had no flavor, the cheese even less. I asked for garlic on thepie which cost $4 and the garlic wasn't even fresh! It was jar/canned garlic! Garlic knots were decent but they didn't even havegarlic on them, probably had fake garlic also. Got clams, not pictured because when I opened the container a foul chemical ordercame out. I am not even going to try that and I love seafood. For dessert, I got a Nutella pie. The crust was harder than thecardboard it came in. I tried to bite it but I couldn't get through the dough. I am so upset. This was almost $65 and it is allgoing in the trash. What a waste of money. Read more
Ordered Penne Vodka w/ grilled chicken. Paid $23 and the tray was super small and it wasn't even full. Called and complained and... the guy was rude and not helpful, kept telling me that is how they're food comes if you don't like don't order. I paid for extrachicken and there's barely none.
