I try to be sympathetic to restaurant staff, as I know it's a hard industry to work in and there are definitely shortages in... workers. However, this place was just BAD. Period. Service was ridicoulsly slow; a party of three of us spent nearly threehours there for dinner and there were only five other tables seated in the entire restaurant. It wasn't a busy night at all, sothere's no excuses for such slow service. Our waiter ended up disappearing on us and our poor hostess had to take our ordersafter 40 minutes of waiting and no one coming to our table. We had to flag busboys down because no one was doing basic check insfor drinks/water refills/checks. Wait staff were basically non-existent. Drinks were good, but food was mid. Pasta dish was dryand stuck together in a giant lump. If our hostess hadn't been so apologetic and comped us a dessert, I would have left aone-star review. There are so many better local spots to go to in the city that provide better, more attentive service. Wouldn'trecommend personally. Sorry! Read more
Not a good experience. My husband order a medium-rare steak. When it came out it was medium well. He sent it back. It came... out again still medium well. Went back. Third and last time the steak was medium well not medium rare. It was apparent thatthe Chef did not know what medium rare was and at that point he was hungry and wanted to move on. To add insult to injury, thecoconut dessert he ordered was old. We will not be coming back nor refer the restaurant to anyone. Read more
We got there around 6pm and got seated right away. The waiter did rush us a bit, but it wasn't a bit deal, I took my time... anyway. The food was pretty good! The pasta was surprisingly great. The appetizer was amazing. The beef steak was great too, itwas a bit too much meat for me. Overall, would definitely return! Read more
Tyler the server was the best, unfortunately, my salmon was over cooked, it was rock hard cook, not exaggerating lol , I hate... to send food back BUT everyone agreed , it was replaced with a perfectly juicey salmon, thank you Tyler. I want to go back andgive this restaurant a second chance especially its close to my office building, and I take care setting up office luncheonevents. Read more
Such a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious but our service was impeccable. Our server was amazing. She tended to... our every need with professionalism and class. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and was super sweet. The food itselfwas amazing. Definitely try the Fried Artichoke. It's amazing! Read more
We stopped here for a dinner after seeing the Van Gough exhibit. Very accommodating for both gluten allergy and vegan diet... restrictions. This photo is of their steak salad which was awesome. We will definitely be back!! Read more
Nice trendy atmosphere, great steak and delicious cocktails (highly recommend their dragon fruit Moscow mule , it is totally... worth it) from the appetizers- tuna tacos and crab cake is the best by far. A nice place with great decor inside and out. I enjoyed the vibe of the place with the music and upscale feel. I ordered the... Fish and chips which was great. 4 filets were served on my plate and it was quite good. Crispy outside while soft inside.Service was great. A bit pricey but the atmosphere makes up for it.
