Corner Slice is my go-to pizzeria when I want a quick bite without having to sacrifice freshness. This pizzeria's perfectly... baked pizza has a crisp but chewy crust, garlicky tomato sauce, and toppings ranging from classic cheese or pepperoni to buffalochicken. They truly know how to combine different flavors and textures to make a delicious pizza. I am so happy this place is inmy neighborhood! Their brownies are good too. Read more
Had the 2 slice lunch special. The Vodka and the Buffalo Chicken. The Vodka was the star of the show here. Very bold and... flavorful. The BC was rather subpar. Get the vodka slice ! That was delicious, by the time I took a pic of it there were already a couple bites out of it from me and... my friend! The Margherita slice was good too. The crust is especially nice - like focaccia - because they knead it here . Myfriend got that day's special slice which had some meat on it (I think it was sausage) which he liked a lot. This is on thesoutheast corner of 45th and 11th inside the Gotham Market. It wasn't cheap but there's a deal for 2 slices and a drink for like$12 . There's bathrooms downstairs. FYI - right up the street off 9th on 45th is the delicious cookie spot Schmackerys ( gothere and get a Hummingbird cookie after your pizza .) Also there's a $5 Happy Hour wine at one of the other food places in themarket in front of the tables. Read more
Amazing slice of pizza tucked in Gotham Market on 11th ave. Ingredients felt top notch and the crust is airy and crispy. Two... slices, classic cheese & margarita, ran ~$9. If you are a fan of square slices this place is tough to beat in the area. Read more
This pizza place is in the far-left corner of the Gotham West Market, as the name implies. I got two slices of the pizza with... bacon as a topping. It's very good pizza. The sauce and cheese fill your mouth with every bite and the generous bacon on topkeeps your mouth watering. Read more

West?s corners, Corner Slice has a retro old NYC pizza joint look with modern touches. there?s a good amount of seating in frontof it as well as throughout the Gotham Market West. Corner Slice serves up square slices only (sorry?fans of the round pie).Also, CS offers up a few choices for sandwiches, salads, coffees, and desserts. stopped by and ate here last week?and i?ll sayif you?re a fan of square slices then you will not be disappointed by the quality of the pizza here. it?s clear a lot of timewent into developing a great crust based on how the balanced it is ?a satisfying chew with a simultaneously airyalmost-crispness to it. it?s a difficult balancing act, but Corner Slice has it down to a delicious science. i got a Margheritaslice. $4.75 + tax + tip. this was a satisfying slice?even layer of tomatoes/sauce and an even layer of melted fresh mozzarellacombined with that aforementioned crust and you have the makings of a very good pizza. i really like that no ingredientoverpowers or detracts from the others which makes for a square slice that is greater than the sum of its ingredients. all thatsaid, the pizza is kinda pricy as a slice will run upwards of $5 if you tip. the staff seems busy working even when it?s slow,so they aren?t very chatty. however, they do move fast and my slice was outta of the oven before i knew it. If you're in the area, I highly suggest dropping in here and delighting yourself with some creamy, crispy pizza here. The... variety is impressive, and the crust is the perfect consistency. Pizza in NYC is a hyper-competitive enterprise, but CornerSlice manages to raise itself significantly above the average pizzeria. I'll be coming here again the next time in in the area. Read more
