The Clubroom was recommended by concierge at the sister hotel where we were staying, for post dinner lounge and music. Great... atmosphere and accommodating staff for reservations and upon arrival. Unfortunately we were overcharged relative to apre-arranged minimum whereas Daniel and staff unwilling to do the right thing and fix the overcharge on our credit card. Han and Wilmington were quite nice in helping us with our booking even though we were late due to a broken down car on the... brooklyn bridge. The Cara de Nopal hostess was terrible. Dry and bitter attitude, didn?t show any interest in helping us withthe booking. E nana de puebla. Read more

Good drinks and ambiance, although service is quite slow
There was a Roach in my appetizer!!!!! Stay away from this place, the service is also terrible do not recommend not sure how... their doors are even open with a roach infestation. Read more

My date and I had a 7:45PM reservation and were seated in a very far corner under a blaring loud speaker. By 8:00PM, we were... visited by 2 staff but neither of them were our server so we could not order food or drinks. At this point we had seen no oneelse in our area of the restaurant and determined seeing a server soon would be nothing short of a miracle. As such, we left togo find dinner somewhere else. Unhappy by the way Jennifer treat me and my group. Jennifer was rude and she lied to bouncers, she is not professional if you... don?t like or know how to maintain the work in crowd. And I said I am moving don?t touch me and she said you have problem ? I said yes Iam moving out from your way just say nicely or excuse me.
