Just pay attention to the charge and make sure you pay cash. I asked for two slices and a coke. The cashier saw I am paying by... credit card and I saw that he added $8. Total of $21.26. I paid the amount by credit. He said you are good. I thought I shouldget the receipt. The receipt was only for $13.26. He added $8 extra without indicating on the receipt. One of the best slices I've had in the city. The thing that sets this slice apart is the quality of the ingredients, not just... the quality of the final product. The cheese was rich, the sauce was savory, the pepperoni was tender and tasted like it camefrom your local butcher. You could practically feel the fingerprints in the delicious, slightly sweet dough -- that's howauthentic it is. Plus, the underside of the slice had a great structure and didn't let any grease slip thru. I will absolutelybe going back! Read more
I know this sounds crazy but it?s actually really hard to find good pizza in midtown Manhattan. Claudio?s does an excellent job... making a quintessential NY slice - the perfect amount of cheese and tomato. I always ask for extra crispy to get the crust justhow I like it. Claudio?s has been my family?s go to pizza spot in the neighborhood since I was little. I still come here as an adult and the... pizza never changes. It always delicious and freshly made. For reference this here is a medium pie (8 slices) and it was $20.Would recommend!! Read more

Okay I'm a New Yorker and I know how a pizza is supposed to look and taste. I order a medium pizza it was supposed to be 8... slices and it looks like half of the pizza is missing because they are so small. I normally eat only one slice but because itdidn't fill me up and I had ordered from Claudio pizza I had to eat two slices in order to feel full. In other words it lookslike Pizza Hut or Domino's pizza. The cheese and sauce was pretty good but the dough felt like cardboard. I'm so disappointed. Excellent pizza, we ordered pepperoni, cheese and chicken bacon ranch. Our group of ten all loved it.
