This is a great little breakfast/brunch place. The decor is bright, calming and clean. We arrived on a Sunday morning around... 9:15 and were seated right away. We got a cozy table in the corner and ordered a cappuccino and a golden latte. They came outhot and delicious. My husband and I shared the banana bread French toast (amazing!) and the cheddar biscuit sandwich (also sogood!!!). Service was friendly and attentive. Read more

I really liked this restaurant. Got a nice table outside and our server was fantastic. She was nice and had all the jokes. The... food was also very good. I got the couscous salad and really liked the flavors. It had a nice spiced sauce that you could mixin, this dish definitely had layers it could also be a good vegan option if you get it without the sour cream. Another veganoption could be the oatmeal that is pictured below. Read more

We came here for a late breakfast and since the weather was sunny we sat outside. The staff was lovely and very helpful. If you... want to share a meal between 2 you can get the bigger meals. Accompanied with drinks, the total came up to $28 which is a veryreasonable price for such great quality of food. The Citizens of Chelsea is a great restaurant and I highly recommended it. Read more

We Australians all think we can open a great cafe. Thankfully, these guys actually can. The place runs like an Ethiopian... marathon runner and produces the gold at the end of the run. The coffee is good enough to satisfy this picky little ex Sydneycity Cafe owner. And the menu is a cut above the norm, even compared to Melbourne, which as any Aussie will tell you is thegreatest cafe place on this chunk of planetary rock. And the food really comes through with quality and taste. I've been to thethree in the group, and this mob has what it takes to rise above the pack. Read more

Food 5/5 Staff 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Location 4/5 This has become one of my favorite breakfast places I have ever gone to. There... are seldom places that can pull off such good French toast that it baffles me that we went any where else in New York. TheCaramelized banana French toast was some of the best I have ever had by a mile. The bread itself was made of a bananabread-like base that gave it such a great foundation for the rest of the ingredients. It was topped with a slightly tangy andsweet lemon banana sauce that paired really well with the French toast itself. As the name implies, it had caramelized bananasthat had the perfect amount of glaze topped with home made whipped cream and sugar glass. The sugar glass was mostly fordecoration and was the only thing that I didn?t care for considering the thickness. The staff was also super friendly andattentive and the locations was great as well. My biggest surprise was the wait which was almost nothing. For such a greatplace I would normally expect am hour wait at least so finding such a gem with no wait was great! Read more
