Extremely rude staff that makes customers wait for ages to take their order. Employees will literally watch you wait and the... line pile up out the door as they do everything BUT take your order. Terrible customer service and I eventually left withnothing despite me waiting for so long. Read more
Hands down my FAVORITE LOCATION!!! And I've been to nearly all of them within the 5 boroughs. Definitely have lost count of how... many times I've come here after work in the crappies mood ever and the staff, without fail, always brighten up my day with theiramazing customer service. Really hope corporate acknowledges the great work on a regular (hopefully in form of bonuses or otherraises *hint hint*). Ps. Just left the store about 30min ago happy as can be with a bag full of goodies. Read more
Soooooooooooooo effing good!!!! I order from them often. I wish the lines were managed better at the actual store...but this is... NYC...so you really can?t do much. Consistently better than the original location in Penn Station was...and the staff is vibrantand lively and REAL! Love them and wish I could replicate he recipe. Only downside is that they upcharge on Postmates and UberEats...when you already have to pay a delivery and service fee. Otherwise, they?d get 10,000 stars from me!!!! I LOVECINNABON!!!!!!!!! Shante is the only one that has a pleasant and friendly presence. Her work ethics is great. Its a very small tight place so... sometimes you would have to waitnon the line outside when it gets very busy. The previous times I've been here the other staffmembers were horrible and nasty. The cinabon is very good and tasty. I give it a 7/10. I would also like to add that yesterdayaround 10:20pm the service was HORRIBLE! Who ever is the manager you really need to fire and rehire new staff that will helpyour business grow. So I ordered the classic cinabon and then the guy with glasses took the bun from the tray without beingcareful with it cause he rushed it into the package and then the cinabon ripped opened. The cinabon is very soft I understandthat but his attitude towards me when I asked him "Did the bun rip" he says "No" with confidence and not caring. So I asked him"Let me see it" he opened the bag and showed me and I'm looking at it ripped and he insisted on selling it to me. Then I askedhim can I get another one. Then this girl with glasses came up and said "what's wrong with it" with the BIGGEST ATTITUDE IN THEWORLD. So I just walked out. You lost $5.98 from me last night. That's not how you treat customers who pay practically $6 forbad service. The place is also filthy all the time. Read more
This location is in the mall. It's a busy little place with a little seating area. The bons taste as they should. A variety of... coffee beverages and ice cream are offered. I only come to this mall location because of my son's love of cinnamon and sugar. Read more
Not a real Cinnabon shop as it's inside of a Burger King. You will not be able to redeem rewards here. I have not tried any of... the food so I can't comment on the quality. Read more
