Beautiful space but a little hard to find if you have never been before. Service was top notch. Space is beautiful, our seat... wasn?t great as it was by the door to the kitchen, but I guess someone needs to sit there. Cocktails are great and food wasspectacular. Onion tart delicious. I have no idea what spices are in the braised beans but they had so much flavor truly a musttry. Salad fresh and dressed perfectly. We shared the tagliatelle, skirt steak and rabbit. All were great. Charred radicchiothat came with the streak had a strong charred taste, some of us like it and some did not. Lemon torte was perfectly tart andcheesecake was airy. Budino was different than I have had but if you like chocolate this is the dessert for you. Loved theentire experience and highly recommend. Read more

I wish I could give this place one million stars, definitely best Italian in New York & probably my favorite restaurant of all... time. Gorgeous ambiance and the food was to die for. Drinks were great as well. Start with the Ci Siamo martini you won?t regretit. We loved the beans, smashed potatoes and I would cut off a limb for the onion tart. I got the rigatoni which was incredible.Can?t wait to come back! Read more

Really great spot. The food was amazing we had the caramelized onion to start followed by the tagliatelle and rigatoni. Both... pastas were delicious. The somelier was knowledgeable and fun and suggested a great wine. The staff was on point, not rushing usbut clearing the table and anticipating our needs. Would highly recommend. Read more

Fantastic all around. Beautiful space with three open kitchen areas and sprawling dining room. Service was attentive and... unobtrusive. Food was excellent. We ordered a green salad, onion tarte, three pastas, steak and two desserts. All weredelicious. Would definitely recommend! Read more

If I could give 10 stars I would want to still give more. This place exceeded expectations I didn?t even know I had. The... focaccia was such a treat with the tomato and oil dip. We ordered braised lamb with the smoked carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, andasparagus. Everything complemented the other tremendously well. I?ve never had food this delicious in my life. What a beautiful romantic restaurant, and it makes the trip out to Hudson yards worth it. The restaurant itself is huge, we?ll... designed, and has open kitchens everywhere so you can see the kitchen staff prepping and making your meals. I even got a glimpseof chef Hillary Sterling working the kitchen - how cool! The food is classic Italian turned a bit modern and delicious. Everydish was fantastic and all flavors were fully developed. Highlights were the cavatelli pasta with crab - yum!! I def overordered and couldn?t finish my meal, but am looking forward to eating my leftovers. Read more

Excellent Italian food, mostly intended for sharing, as the portions are large and, if you are like me, you'll want to try... everything on the menu. The entrees are cooked in the firewood oven, but because I went solo and the portion sizes being solarge, I didn't try any entrees this time. The appetizers were solid, and the pasta with guanciale was just amazing. Servicewas great, until it got busy and I had to wait 10-15 minutes to be able to pay. Amazing food! The starters were the best part. Anchovy white pizza was great! Salty and bright. The seafood salad was amazing -... big chunks and fresh. Seafood salad was my favorite. The pork Milanese was also very very good ? you could get that a lot ofplaces though including the various entrees : steak and fish ? I didn?t try the pasta. But all the various starters looks thebest even from fellow patrons! Friendly staff, felt some were still in training. No complaints. Read more
