A coworker who was at work ordered his food as a pickup at this location for lunch and didn?t get his food because someone gave... out his order to a different person by accident and they didn?t refund or give him a replacement order for messing up. So becareful when you do pick ups cause you don?t know if the same can happen to you. Shame on you guys for not realizing yourmistakes and you need to fix how someone gives over orders for pickups. I work in the area at a financial firm, so I've been here many times over the years, since I work in close proximity and I will... say that this particular location has lost their quality/ standard. I've gone here a few times, since returning to the officeand each time within the last few months, the customer service wasn't good at all. Also, the care and time that was put intobuilding a salad is no longer there. The staff all seem to be in a rush (even without a line), very inattentive/ dismissive,also my salad today was DRENCHED with salad dressing by the young lady with the gold/ black extensions who didn't even ask justhow much dressing I wanted (they have in the past), not to mention she spent her time cackling with her fellow co-worker (overthe open metal bowl might I add), and the staff just all seem unprofessional, as if the customers were getting the salad forfree! The person before the mixer barely added the toppings and when I asked for the pickled onions, he simply said that theydidn't have any (noting that their prepping it downstairs). I had to ask if he could go see if they were done prepping and thatI didn't mind waiting and he visibly became annoyed- I'd think they would continuously replenish as things ran low. I'd like toadd that it was after 3pm, so there wasn't a line whatsoever. This location used to be ran like a well oiled machine and nowit's horrible-- my experience and review today is based off of multiple days of substandard service. I even purchased one of thesignature dressings because I actually DO love the salad chain, but it has become intolerable! I'll take my business to JustSalad at this point. Hire new staff or use these reviews as a means of coaching on professionalism and service, because it'scurrently deplorable! Read more
Ordered delivery here for lunch for the first time and enjoyed it. I ordered a custom bowl and everything tasted fresh but my... order was missing chickpeas. I didn't have time to call and have it delivered again. The portion was great and I love howeverything came perfectly blended. I also enjoyed the white balsamic vinegarette, I just wish my order was correct being that Ipaid for an extra ingredient I did not receive. Read more
I don't usually get salad at Chop't, but it was close, so I went in and ordered a Palm Beach with shrimp and was very... disappointed with the service and quality. The tomatoes were over ripe and soft and the shrimp is bland (no seasoning at all).Also, the person who prepared my salad was not pleasant and seemed impatient at I was trying to choose a different dressing.This was after the lunch rush, so there were about 3 people there at the time. I'm paying for a service and if I cannot get goodservice, I'll go to Just Salad where the salads are usually fresh and I get service with a smile. Read more
Chopt is always good if you want a salad. Make your own is the way to go, don't get one of their specialty salads and try to... swap out a bunch of what you don't want for what you do, it slows down the line. They are saying they are cash free, so have acard ready to pay.(pretty sure this is illegal to force people to use cards for payment and refuse cash). They say it speeds upthe line, but there isn't a line at the register, it is at the chopping area. This process is the only reason for the 4 starsinstead of 5. The food is delicious. Read more
My salad is always yum ! Even though I have to ask for more kale after is done because the kale shrinks during the process. The... service is also great , but two things I don't like is the loud music and there is a cashier that I can't never understand whatshe says lol. Other than that the place is clean and spacious. This location has gone downhill since the pandemic. Yesterday we went for two salads, there was no avocado and we had asked for... cauliflower rice but were given burnt regular rice. Also they turned the lights off while we were eating at 3.30 pm to encourageus to leave (they were closing at 4 due to it being thanksgiving Saturday). I would recommend to permanently close thislocation, it?s been my experience a few times in the past three months exactly the same. Time to move on Read more
