The worst salad I have had at a Chop?t location. The chicken pieces actually fell out of the bowl and the girl had no problem to... put them back in from the metal counter. Also the ingredients were not fresh. Not worst $15. Read more
Usually go to just salad. Decided to give chopt another try and learned my lesson. Mostly lettuce, hardly any ingredients.... Ordered a salad that comes with grilled chicken. Asked for crispy chicken instead and was charged $3.50 extra rather than justthe difference between grilled and fried chicken. $20 for a bowl of lettuce and 4 small bites of chicken. Never again. The sesame warm salad was really terrible..soggy and flavorless. Barely any meat. And for $16! Go to Sweetgreen instead
Made my own salad with 1 protein,and 5 toppings for a little over $15. The portion was big with generous portions of... ingredients. You can get a piece of bread if you want. I ordered mine via GrubHub and was waiting for my food to pickup on theshelf but I later found out that you have to go up to the cashier to pick up your food. Read more
Huge fan of Chopt, but what makes this location amazing is the staff. Professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
A MUST HAVE!! My daily lunch spot, which is quite popular, yet the crew/staff at this location always moves their lines... expeditiously, greets you with a smile and will accommodate substitutions when needed. The manager Angie and cashier, Sally areso pleasant and always wishes you a great day upon departure. I am a Chicken Tinga, minus the chicken (substitute withjalapeños) and one scoop of warm grains versus the standard three. The staff chuckles and already knows my order before I sayit.
