When you order online it gives you options for your dressing I chose heavy dressing for my very large salad, 1st time ordering... anything from them and this will be my last they gave me a half carafe of dressing so my salad was very dry wasn?t nearly enoughdressing for this salad so there for I could not eat it?. And the lady was rude to me when I explained my dilemma? I chose fromthe options they gave me and heavy dressing means more than the usual? she told me I have to be more specific when I?m orderingmore dressing, there weren?t anywhere for me to add specifics, it just gave me a choice light , medium, heavy?. I can?t standwhen they can?t rectify and problem that they caused?. No more for me I?m done. Read more
If I could give this Chopt Salad location a 0.5 star review, I would. They are very consistent at always messing up food orders.... At least half of the toppings/protein options are always MISSING. They can't get any order right. The salad makers cannot readthe food orders properly. Chopt is TERRIBLE. This is the last time I ever eat at this Chopt salad location. Read more
Nice salad and well balanced. Service was a little chaotic, but still good.
I was really excited to try Chopt and the half of my order I received was perfect, tasty and a pretty good size portion.... However, half my order was missing and Uber Eats refuses to refund. The bag came sealed with my receipt on the outside of thebag, so this was definitely error on the part of the restaurant. It clearly said I bought a bottle of salad dressing and it wasnot in the sealed bag. I can't ever order again from here and be certain I'll get what I ordered. Read more
Love Chopt and their salad options! I'd give them 5 stars, but I think they could be greener and offer reusable or biodegradable... containers. Otherwise great options, always fresh, and I like the seasonal menu. Read more
Been here a few times, mostly for lunches with my friends who are in the area. I always seem to get the Pick 2 combo. Usually... the Bacon Turkey Bravo and the Mac and Cheese. There are a lot of options to choose from of course but these are my goto's. Service is quick. We always have our food within 5 minutes of ordering. Lots of seats in the place as well so never anissue there. 4 stars only because the tables at times seem to be sticky. If only they would clean them a little more often butthis is minor. My favorite go to salad place. Each month they feature a new destination salad from different parts of the world. Plus you can... create your own. There are a ridiculous amount of toppings. Then they have the everyday signature salads, warm bowls and wraps.They also have a variety of salad dressings. You will never be disappointed always fresh ingredients. Read more
