Ok, but not the best Chipotle experience I've had. Could have been a poor menu on my part.
Kid?s portions for adult prices. I just had dinner at this Chipotle location. I?m used to Chipotle employees trying to skimp... with the portions. Usually they fill burritos with rice, but don?t give you enough meat. In this case, the young woman gave meabout 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of rice, about 1 tablespoon of beans, and about a tablespoon of chicken, and completely forgot thepeppers and onions that I asked for. I guess that?s my fault for not watching. The chicken has carnitas mixed in; good thingI?m not religious with a prohibition against pork. That was the saddest little thing I?ve ever seen. The manager of thislocation should be embarrassed by such a small burrito. Chipotle used to be a great chain about 15 years ago. They seem to beon the track to non existence by 2026. Read more
I came to this location because my usual 47th location was closed due to construction. What a horrible idea that was. I was... assisted by ?Evelyn ? and ?Jenny? and I use the term assisted very loosely. I ordered my usual for myself and my partner. Formy self a half pollo Asada half steak and for my partner 3 soft tacos half Barbacoa half pollo asada. You would think this wouldbe a simple task; but unfortunately that was not the case. I was told by both ? Jenny? and ?Evelyn? that they will not serve mewhat I have ordered. They stated ? we can?t give that to you ?. I asked in confusion why ? Being that I order chipotle literallyonce a week and get the same exact order without hesitation, I was told we don?t do that here. I no longer wanted to standthere while being refused service of what I was asking for. Even if they ? didn?t? do this at this location, they could havesimply offered to charged me for double meat if that was the case. It simply was NO I will not give that to you. After thewhole ordeal another lady came out saying that she was the one who told them no and that those are her rules.I?m not sure if shewas new to the location or what. But I have never been refused something I?m ordering and payinggg for. I was so irritated anddisappointed with their service. I took a photo of the pair that provided me their false names as well. As a business owner I?meven more disappointed in the woman who said she made that decision, She came out to do absolutely nothing. What a waste ofpayroll. I am so not a rowdy person or into making a scene, so I paid for the food where they did not make my order as asked34.14 and left. Literally avoid this location at all costs. Save your coins for a place that actually serves the customers whatthey order. Super unreal. Read more
Chipotle is not the same anymore ???? All the best of Chipotle from the early 2000's has been lost. Do to a 90 % of phone lovers... during work and lazy worker's. My steak burrito was wrapped with such arrangement. Read more

That is because you're at the one and only Chipotle "Next" Kitchen, AKA whereChipotle tests next generation items including queso, frozen drinks, and quesadilla platters. Stepping in here is like steppinginto the future. The successful items here will soon be available across the country. I highly recommend the quesadilla platter,frozen fruity drinks, and whatever else looks interesting on that day. Life is about risks. And eating at the Chipotle TestKitchen is full of them.
