Literally the worst. I was going 1-2 times per week as it's the only chipotle close to my office. They stop making veggies at... noon, my recent bowl had 6 single chunks of chicken in it. The lines are crazy (they are unstaffed, not their fault) but theyare also crazy rude (more their fault). This specific store is really awful and nothing is fresh. From what I remember working at chipotle everything here is up to company standards. Good food, clean restaurant, quick service.
Food was good, very much like all Chipotle. Air conditioning does not work at this location. This was second chipotle where soda... machine was out of service. Not sure if that is chipotle strategy or specific franchisee decision to force people to buycostlier bottles / cans. Restrooms are locked with no display that the code needs to be asked from the counter. BTW the code atbottom of receipt does not work and don't throw the receipt as you will not be given the code without one . Interesting fact ! Read more

I wanted to order 30 bowls and the "manager" told me I had to do it online. Fine. Except the website needs 24 hours notice. ... There was nobody in the store at the time of my ordering and I needed it in 4 hours. He absolutely was not willing to take myorder. I was shocked! There were five employees in the store doing nothing! The revenue to the store would have been $600 on adreary rainy Saturday. I have placed this order in person before to treat my team and this manager suggested I go someplaceelse. I did. Gladly. If Floristela or her District Manager reach out to me, I will be happy to take this review down. asked for a chicken bowl and got no chicken. i didn?t realize until i opened it at home. i went back to this store a few days... later and asked about this and they were rude and refused to give any refund or make me another bowl. Read more
The people here do not have a customer first attitude and the portions are tiny. Ten dollars for 6 small pieces of chicken. The... service is rude and they do not listen. I asked for corn on the side 3 times and they still put it on my bowl. Don?t get mewrong, I love Chipotle, but definitely will never be coming back to this location. Read more
