Watch out! These guys tried pulling a fast one on me today and charging me for food I didn't order. Once I took a closer look at... the receipt, I told them that I didn't order this and they said "Yes you did". I had to actually take out my food, open it up,and ask them to show me where the food they claimed I ordered was for them to give me a refund. Make sure you check your receiptbefore you leave!!! I got my order at 9:25 pm, declined a bag for my burrito and was told the dining room was closed and that I could eat outside.... Store closes at 10:00. Lazy kids. Another Manhattan chain with poor service, cold food and short supplies. Read more
The cashier Jerome is very rude ! He serves customers as though they are bothering him. Doesn?t get the order right because his... AirPods are on blast while checking out. The staff here usually is calm and does there best. He brings down the whole atmosphereof the place. If your on your lunch and trying to enjoy the bit of time you have to eat do not go here. I don?t really know or understand what?s going on with this location but we rolled up around 9:00 after a very long day of... traveling and the location was closed even though the closing time listed on the door & online is 10pm. There was no explanationor note posted about why they were closed early. This is our neighborhood location & this kind of thing happens all the time.Very disappointed. Read more

So today I am on LUNCH and yes like 3 coworkers was working and Preparing the guess food and after the girl was taking the money... order she was moving very slow she looked like she did not want to work she was looking very upset and then she had like 3 otherppl waiting on our payment in line she messed up and also she was looking confused everyone is waiting and now I?m the 3rd oneonline it?s time for me to pay and I order my Queso cheese i new by the time I go and enjoy it it will be cold so I asked thegirl can I get a new Queso because I waited so long this girl told me I have to wait on line again to get my Queso I said whatshe grabbed the bag and said I don?t have to serve u and said she don?t serve food she is a cashier but she was just making foodfor the first family that was online what are you even telling me she was very rude she needs to be talking to or with becauseshe is working in New York City I did not like her energy at all then the tall boy came by and got the new Queso for me that?sall she is short light skin she look Mexican she has dark hair and a hat on she need more training on how to handle people outhere in public Read more
I?m glad I?ve been to Chipotle before because the employee who was making my bowl barely spoke to me. The beans looked way too... risky to attempt to try so I felt forced to skip on them. When I questioned on which salsa was what he looked annoyed. Thenthere was no lettuce left and he didn?t even make a comment about it and started putting the lid on my bowl. I then couldn?tunderstand what the cashier was saying because she was speaking quickly so she repeated herself multiple times, also annoyed.Overall bad customer service for such simple tasks. Fast & delicious. The fountain sodas were all flat. I told the Cashier, hopefully they'll be fixed before my next visit ????.
