If you want... to order something to go, it's best to do this online or through their app ahead of you going. Quality of food is good. However the workers stiff you with the amount of food they give. I asked for double chicken but... honestly their double chicken is what many places give you with the regular portion of chicken. Given that Manhattan prices aremore expensive, its a shame that they end up giving you less food. Read more

Went here at 7pm Friday night. Food was salty but ok overall. Major concern would be hygiene. The area with choice of food was... really messy with scraps of all food items all over the stainless steel. Have servers clean this area more often or as it getsmessy as a part of their training especially when it?s not busy. Tables need to be cleaned also. This is my third time going and it?s definitely the last one. when I came in today they where 5 people in line and the crew was... arguing in Spanish. The guy who was serving everything had a pretty upset face while serving the customer. While the others inthe back keep screaming we don?t have this, why you haven do this, I can?t deal with you no more bla bla bla. I order a burritoand guacamole with chips. After waiting to order I had to wait again to pay because the girl that was charging in the registerkeep going back and forth to the back. The chips taste old and had no salt, the guacamole had spicy pepper on it and the Sourcream on the burrito taste bad like if it was spired or had a long time sitting there. I used to work for Chipotle as a a service manager than became an AP and I used love working for chipotle reasons why I left was... because of better opportunities but grabbed so much knowledge from this restaurant when it came to food safety standards andexpectations especially when it comes to costumer service that we should always use and our values and find a way to always sayyes to a guest so it can create a atmosphere where guest a willing to come back. unfortunately today experience was reallyhorrible when I came in two actually order two quesadillas witch the manager said no because it?s not in my system and to orderit online I?m a thoughtful person I don?t know why i have to come in to actually experience this but took it in a positive waybecause I don?t know actually was going on and tried to order it through Uber eats and address wasn?t even showing up. Afterstruggling I want to gratefully thanks so much to the Employe PIER really great employee with values that actually made my dayway better by coming towards me and saying hey don?t worry I?m not allowed to do it but it?ll make it for you.
