I never leave reviews but I?m so mad. Don?t order pick-up or delivery from here. I guess if you?re not watching them make the... bowl then they just don?t follow the instructions you put in your order. I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak (costs $7.75extra) it was $28 (+10 for delivery). I was so excited to have it but as soon as I opened it I was sooo disappointed. It seemedlike they went out of there way to give me no steak. I was digging through the bowl hoping that all the extra steak was hidingunder the veggies and guac, but no, there was literally just 4 pieces of steak. I go to chipotle and get the same thing at manydifferent locations ? this was exceptionally bad. I?d be ok - but still upset - if I got my bowl and there was a regular portionof steak instead of the extra portion (which costed $8!!!!), but this wasn?t even a regular portion. It was so little that Ihonestly feel like it was intentional. I paid almost $40 for this, so yeah, I?m upset. I?m happy the delivery service I usedrefunded me. Also, they gave me no fork or napkins. I arrived to find a long line. Left to go to WholeFoods. When I got back, no line, but one person doing the food. No veggies... were left, cheese sauce gone. Debit card only because there was no cash in the till. So a pregnant woman gave me $20 so my debitcard would cover Her order as well. Bathroom closed because it hadn't worked for last two days. A guy with mental health issueswas assaulting the staff. Same guy then started throwing items off of the customers tables. I didn't feel comfortable eatinghere, so I left. The worst Chipotle I ever been through. The food is cold, and they don?t have no sour cream, veggies. They don?t even told me... before I ordered, The store is fill with full of garbage, They don?t have no forks and spoons. and the lady behind the counterwas very rude ????. I wasted my $17. Read more
Do not order from door dash from this address every time I order food it looks like they are re using tea spoons to serve food.... And half the items are missing..this is in believable. I ordered a salad and there are no greens in the bowl. 0 starts. Read more
This location is pretty clean, however they are not the most accurate at getting orders correct. We ordered a couple burrito... bowls, and we had asked for no cheese. Unfortunately, the balls we received had cheese in them. We did order ahead on the app,otherwise we would?ve noticed it in the restaurant. Portion wise it falls right in the middle they give a good amount, butmaybe not the correct items. We did not get any sautéed veggies as we had specified an extra amount of those. Smh. Sub-par Chipotle location. They didn't have any tortillas chips but still gave me the queso for them. I ordered a half... portion of pollo asado and half portion of barbaco. I didn't recieve my half order of barbaco and I can't even say I received ahalf portion of chicken. It's more like a sprinkle of chicken (7 pieces) . I guess since my order was for pick up they juked meon my order. I'm sure if I walked in and stood on the really long line I would have had a proper serving in my burrito bowl. This is the worst store ever. Every order I ever made at the store is wrong, missing items, packaged horribly and downright... disgusting. The employees there are incompetent and don't care about doing their jobs efficiently. The manager is neveravailable and doesn't answer the phone ever! I order three tacos for my daughter and look at what I received. Where's theprotein: chicken or beans. I got rice, corn, tomatoes and sour cream. The receipt clearly states my order and isn't the meat andbeans the first things placed on the taco? Inefficiency and stupidity at its best. And I paid $40 for this order to bedelivered. Every time I come to this chipotle the doors are closed. Today, September 30th, 2022, I came to the 125th street Chipotle ... location at 8:48 PM. The store is not supposed to close until 10:00 PM yet employees have the door locked and are alreadycleaning up in the back. I knock in their door and got laughed at by the employees and waved off.
