I used to love the meatballs but recently it is super hard to digest. Don?t know if they change the recipe or chef. What... happened? The third photo is what it used to be. I missed the old version. Read more

Meh. The pork belly is tender and good, though I was not a fan of the bland pressed tofu and celery side. Also, I was very... unhappy that all the images in the store and online of the Signature Bowl prominently featured a beautiful runny egg, with nomessaging that this was an add-on and did not come with the bowl. Extremely disappointed about the bait-and-switch. When I askedthe staff about it, they could only say that they were sorry that the image was misleading. Read more

This was a pleasant surprise. I created my own bowl and everything in it was amazing. The mapo tofu was my favorite. Chili oil... was also great just note it is very spicy. I?ll definitely be back. Read more

The owner truly brought back traditional nostalgia and shares a piece of his own memories and culture through delicious food. If... you are looking for a healthy balance meal that is prepped in under 5 minutes, this is it! Every bite brought me closer to myown heritage. The heritage I used to be so ashamed of growing up in America, but I grew older, I am learning so much my culturethrough Chinese food, I am reminded of how rich and healthy Chinese food can be. Especially at Chinah. Thank you for sharingyour favorite, (Grandma's Favorite) with me. I consumed each bite with while thinking of my own grandma too. It was soodelicious! Similar to Chipotle or poké spots, you can customize your own bowls. However!! You will notttt be bloated and feellike you need to use the bathroom while at work or while at the most inconvenient times. Maybe it's just me, but dairy and rawfish can make my stomach feel uneasy sometimes... or all the time. However with Chinah, all the meat and protein is cooked andthe ingredients are all farm fresh produce. There is so much love and effort put into each bowl, from how they sourced theingredients to how they plated everything. I also highly recommend trying the forbidden black rice. I have no idea why I neverhad this at home before, if you never had it before, its a must try. The rice has the most antioxidants activity, and supernutritious. It also has anti cancer properties and may promote heart and eye health. ALSO reduces body fat. I was so mind blownby the texture, I may have done a little research on my own. Long story short, just try it! Trust me, it's delicious. Read more

Like the food presentation, service and VI design, but as a Chinese the food unfortunately does not ?Tastes Like Home?. Flavor... was okay but overpriced. ??? Update ??? Owner?s response just made the experience worse. I have no issue paying extras to getthe best items on the menu as long as it tastes good. The flavor/texture is not worth $17.41 that?s all what I?m saying. Read more

Tried it out as I was curious. Restaurant smells quite authentic and food waa good. We got the kungpao chicken. It didnt taste... much like what we were expecting, but it tasted good. The sides of egg tomato and the chinese veggies that the cashier didntknow the name of were good. Overall, good balance in a bowl. A bit pricey for chinese, but I think their concept is healthierposher chinese. They have a loyalty program, you can sign up at the restaurant on their pad. They did make one big mistake onmy bowl, it was soaked in sesame seeds... not sure if the lid of the shaker fell off as they were adding sesame seeds on my dishxD but it sure feels that way. I like a sprinkle on the food, had to take a lot out. Read more
