Worst customer service I?ve gotten the entire time I?ve been in Manhattan. This chain is known for saying ?My Pleasure? every... time you thank them for something, I couldn?t even get a simple you?re welcome. Very rude when trying to order and very rudewhen I couldn?t understand the name being yelled across the restaurant. I wear hearing aids in both ears and loud environmentsmake it very difficult for me to hear. When I went to get my food and asked for extra napkins the lady acted like it completelyput her out. I didn?t even know this location was there. I visited this location in mid-July 2022. I had an appointment in the area and... decided to stop and pick up breakfast. I placed my ordered through the app. As I got closer to the restaurant, I was notifiedvia the app of my order was being prepared. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I noticed there was a side for order pick up andthen a side to come in and order. I thought this was really helpful. The location is spacious. As soon as I walked into therestaurant my order was ready. Of course, the staff are excellent. I decided to dine in since I was early for my appointment. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious. I mean the chicken biscuit was just melting in my mouth. The lemonade was a bitbitter but it was still delicious. I would definitely visit this location again. WARNING: NO THANKS to the brilliant employee who put a large soup on top of 2 smaller sides in a paper bag. RIP My dinner never... stood a chance. Bagged ripped fell to the floor and I had to rescue what little I could. Needless to say I was VERY upset at thepoor handling of my dinner and won't be visiting this place again till they learn to bag food correctly. Read more
