Reviews for Cellini in New York, NY
A great venue for Italian food with both upstairs and downstairs seating. It was the pre marathon night so it was very busy and... noisy but the staff coped well. Read more
We were there for a business dinner, great food, nice atmosphere, had fun and ate well.
I got sick from my meal today. I asked for the chicken without cheese because I?m lactose intolerant. They gave me the dish with... cheese and I sent it back. They brought back my dish a few minutes later without cheese. I think they just tried to scrape offthe cheese because I got sick half an hour after my meal at the office. On top of all that, the apps and entrees we all got werekinda greasy. Read more
Tasty. Vegetarian friendly options.
What an amazing evening! Thirteen of us came to NYC and had a truly wonderful meal in the wine cellar room downstairs at... Cellini. The food was delicious, the service perfect. It was a really special meal ???? Read more
Overpriced Italian restaurant, food was bland, stale and the service was terrible. The desert was old, you can taste that it... was in the refrigerator for a long time. I also lost my AirPods there and no one wanted to help. I called and they said callafter lunch we are busy, I call after lunch then they said call tomorrow because we are busy. Then I call the next day and theysaid sorry we can?t help you. Their service one the phone was just as terrible as in the restaurant. Never again, I don?trecommend this place. Read more
Food is 7/10. I like the fact that the dishes were balancedly seasoned (not too salty), the desserts (tiramisu & ricotta... cheesecake) were also light & not super sweet. The price was reasonable for its quality & location. The restaurant was clean, cozy & the staff was kind & attentive. Nothing too spectacular, but not a bad option for a nice Italian dinner kind of night. Read more
I would not go here again. The quality vs price paid was very off. The service was trying to turn and burn, they were amazing... about food and drink ordered within 2 minutes of being seated. We had ordered veal entrees and they were on the table withinminutes of ordering. The meat itself was very tough, and felt like it had been in a warner just waiting to get some marina and aslice of Parm melted on top. Over all felt cheated by the whole experience. Honestly had a better meal at olive garden anddidn't spend $320 for 3 people. Read more
