Wish I could give this zero stars. The service here is horrible. Every time I place a pickup order I have to show up to make... sure they make it otherwise they just leave the receipts lying there. They always mix up veggie and meat options so don?t gohere if you?re a vegetarian. Always find someone with a runny nose dribbling over your food. And any comment is met with threatof physical violence. Been here multiple times since it?s the only Cava in the area but this branch does injustice to the brandname. Read more

Tried to get a takeout here today at around 6:30, there was only one man working at the register who was also making orders, so... the line took a while. When he took my order, he said ?let me check for you? and proceeded to work on other orders. He didn?tget back to me so I just stood at the register, waiting. After he finished the order behind me, I asked if he had taken myorder. He said ?give me a second, there?s a line behind you, you just walked up here? which I clearly didn?t do. I explainedthat I was in line but he said to give him some time. After like ten minutes, another staff restocked the item I ordered and hefinally made it. My guess is that they were cooking it so I was waiting for that restock. He could?ve told me and I wouldunderstand, instead of accusing me of cutting the line. The whole process took 30 minutes, just for me to get a simple pitaroll. Maybe staff your stores better CAVA. Read more

Food is delicious but this place is way too busy. Poor employees are trying to make multiple online orders while throwing... together your bowl. I shall go after school around 7:30pm and I?ve always had to wait 15-20 minutes to get my food made. Theowners really need to figure out a better system, your employees are doing their best. It was my first time dining at CAVA. I heard my daughters raving about it all the time so I decided to give it a shot. The... location is at Little Italy. I don't remember the exact locale. It was early in the morning and I was the first customer. Iordered the Lemon Chicken and Cucumber Mint drink. Honestly I didn't know what to expect. What I got was grilled chicken bitswith vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes corn to name a few. Not to my taste. Maybe it's just me. Portion was adequate forone person and I am a huge guy. I mean you got to try it yourself before you judge. I would say it is an acquired taste. Read more

Portion sizes were not.! up to par with other locations. Got like 1/3 a scoop of chicken and when I asked for more, the worker... started giving even less of all the other toppings. We pay $15 for a bowl and can?t even get a proper scoop of topping. Feltjipped. Food was good but poor service..! Read more

Honestly as a whole, the food was good and flavorful. I?m giving 2 stars because I only got 2 falafels in my order and the... brussel sprouts were charged black and inedible. And the pita was also stale. Read more

I was extremely disappointed with their standard between bowls and it?s needed improvement immediately. My husband and I... ordered separately but exactly same thing for a Wednesday dinner and I got a totally different bowl from his. There were onlyour 2 orders when we picked up so the reason wasn?t from the capability of store. Firstly, the portion of my order was muchsmaller compared to my husband?s and they missed one of my dipping sauce. We both ordered meatball as our protein and minetasted super sour and salty, but my husband?s was decent. My experience in CAVA was really bad and the only good thing wastheir app, which was easy to use. Read more
