I?ve been to other CAVA locations in NYC and other states and love them but this is the worst one I?ve come across. Frequently... in the early evenings a lot of the ingredients are out of stock. Somehow the fryer is commonly broken. The rice is eitherundercooked or stale and many of the ingredients do not look or taste that fresh. There was one instance where an employee waspicking up lettuce from the bins with his gloves on for orders and then proceeded to wear the same gloves touching the registerscreen, scratch his beard, and I could visibly see dirty nails breaking through the gloves. I got here and the place was disgusting. There was garbage over flowing, the kitchen looked unkept and dirty. To make matters... worse, I waited way too long and was not even acknowledged. I left out to visit another location. I did not feel comfortableeating here. To preference, this was my first time visiting a Cava. The customer service when I visited this location couldcertainly be improved. It may have very well been a shortage of staff but this didn?t leave a good first impression for thisestablishment. Really quality ingredients! I just got a mess of 20 different things that sounded good in a bowl, hoping they wouldn?t clash,... and it was all really great! I think you?ll have a hard time going wrong here. Read more

Delicious healthy food, amazing staff and the option to really customize your food with so many options for every part, be it... the base (6), protein (6), toppings (9), sauces (6), add ons (6+). They even let you do half and half for the base and theprotein which is very useful. Bowl can be large enough for 1.5 to 2 meals if you choose the high calorie options, which is agreat deal for $13. They also have ample indoor seating. Read more

First time trying this food as it was highly rated. Price was ok, not cheap. Around $12 for Meatballs with Brown Rice, veggies... and Yogurt sauces. Food was delish, except the Meatballs which were burned on the outside and reddish on the inside. I like welldone and it was not. Honestly, I may come back but not for the Meatballs. Read more

The food was very fresh and very tasty. It wasn't greasy at all, which was a nice change from most Mediterranean places. I'd... definitely recommend it. My one complaint is that there's only one in NYC, as far as I know Read more
