As we were walking through Little Italy, we looked at the menus for many of the restaurants and then when we looked here. My one... friend spent some time in Italy so she liked what she saw on the menu. We were directed to a table and were able to sit in theback corner. The service was amazing, I was able to have a conversation with a man who shared he was from Naples. The food wasdelicious! We had appetizers and I then had Rigatoni Arrabbiata, a spicy marinara that had the perfect balance of sauce, spice, and pasta. I highly recommend this place. Read more

First time visiting NYC, and we were just wandering around Chinatown and Little Italy wondering where to eat when we were shown... the menu for Casa D'Angelo. It was delicious! Bruno was our server, and he did a fantastic job, he even got us lemoncello shotsat the end of our meal, which were awesome. Great pasta, great drinks, great people. Highly recommended! Read more

We took a day trip to NY to explore and go to a show at RCMH later at night. We walked through China town and little Italy and... we’re flagged down by this guy who convinced us to sit down and eat some dinner… no regrets from that moment on. Thecalamari was fried perfectly and the sauce for it was incredible. Was definitely a homemade sauce. The pizza was amazing, thecheese really put it over the top with the slight char on the crust. The tortellini was creamy and delicious. We also had thered sangria during happy hour and it was the perfect mix of wine taste and fruit/sweet. Really had a great dinner and will comeback again next time we visit the area. Read more

I happened to be walking by and the menu caught my eye. The staff engaged with me immediately and were super friendly. I had the... lobster ravioli and I was no disappointed. The service was amazing and the cost was well worth the meal and experience. I lookforward to the next time I am in Manhattan. Read more

We were very excited to have a nice lunch date but was very disappointed with the service and food. It took a very long time to... get our order even though it wasn’t too busy or packed. The manager or owner or whoever he was seemed very occupied with hisfriends and making sure they were satisfied. Tensions seemed very high between the staff members. By the time we got our food,we found that it was not worth the wait or price. The broccoli rabe was soupy and full of water. We barely saw our waiter at ourtable. The saving grace for the rigatoni a la vodka was the Parmesan cheese. Would not recommend. Read more

I am thrilled to see Angelo's re-open after 2 years! They may have a new name (Casa D' Angelo) but the food is still AMAZING,... and Bruno is still there! He was such a gracious host to me and my guests the other night. Our food was delicious - check outthe lamb chops! Tell your friends and family to stop in and see Bruno. You won't be disappointed!!!
