If you like Italian cuisine, this is your heaven. You cannot get more Italian than this in NYC. From wine, complimentary baked... bread with olive oil, lobster, pasta, to the delicacy of deserts and finally the kick of espresso - everything was impeccable. Read more

Great for classic Italian food. Really loved the chicken parm and that you have the option to choose the pasta of your choice... for the side, with a slight fee of course. They do a good alla vodka sauce. The service was good- very attentive. Read more
Man!!!! Let me tell you about the customer service! After an hour of walking around in the cold in Little Italy/China Town, my... friends and I decided to eat at Caffe Napoli. . Louis welcomed us with open arms minutes before the restaurant closed! We wereso happy that he did!! He recommended multiple options and we decided one a few of them. He was so helpful and concerned aboutour experience and making sure we were happy. We all loved our dishes and were thankful that he helped us make great dinnerdecisions at the last minute. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! Please go and you will not be disappointed. Must trythe food and drinks! Dessert was delicious also!
