I went in for brunch and ordered eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, the food came cold , I asked for a fresh one , I originally... only ate two or three little peices of the potato and I cut of a small peice of egg , all was Luke warm , when it was eventuallytaken away, it took ages then they bought back the same food ,just a bit more sauce on it , no hotter than before , I sent itback again , paid for my coffee and left . The staff were polite but my server wasn't the best . I've been several times overthe years when I'm in New York . Always had good service and food but unfortunately not today . Read more

This is a very cute cafe at the corner of Hudson St and Bethune St. the staff are nice and the service is fast. The cocktails... are not that much great and the prices are $$. We had Mango Chili Margarita and Pomegranate Mimosa. There is inside and outsideseatings; the outside tables are super cozy and you have such a nice atmosphere. They are open everyday 7:30 am to 10:30pm. Highly recommended in New York! Read more

I can?t believe I slept on this place for so long. The staff, the vibe, the food, the price? this place is great. The menu is... immaculate. There?s a little something for everyone. They have a great brunch special that gives you a free coffee and cocktailwith your entree. We went with the Russian Panini and the Grilled Chicken and Goat Cheese Wrap. Both were phenomenal and superlight. I asked for an extra dressing to dip the wrap in because the dressing was that good. Can?t wait to go back! Read more

We order two Caesar salads believing they came with chicken (like in most places) but it came with anchovies, we ask for one... without the anchovies and end up with a plate of lettuce, cruttons and a very spicy sauce. My mistake to not ask before, but theservice could?ve been a little more helpful. Way to pricy. Read more

Cute little place on a charming corner (literally a bus stop) that?s been around forever. I used to go here years ago and just... came back for the first time in perhaps 15 years or more. I?ve only ever had breakfast here. The hardworking staff keeps theplace buzzing, cheerful and welcoming service. My omelette was delicious and my guests all had corned beef hash, that got mixedreviews. I?ll give it another try one day soon. Read more

Had a hot toddy here in February. We sat outside as weather was in 60s. Drink was good but served in cappuccino mugs. Could do... better with the glass ware. Read more

The food wasn't horribly priced for NYC and it was edible, although completely uninspired. The primary problem was the service,... which was abysmal. When my daughter, friend, and I arrived, we were the first breakfast customers. And it didn't get busieruntil long after we were done - even then, only two other tables were occupied. The waiter was negligent and acted like he wasoverworked when we were the only people there! I had to ask him four times for a coffee refill and for additional napkins - thecups were really small. We were plagued by bees eating outside, which obviously had nothing to due with the questionableservice. I asked for the check to no avail, so I finally had to go inside and ask somebody else. I worked as a waitress myselffor four years during college - I can say without a doubt this fellow should find a different job! Read more
