The server who tended my mother's order, Baishakhi, was told several times that the Big King burgers she ordered were to be... plain, yet they were both loaded with cheese, plus my mother was charged as such. On May 7th 2022 on Saturday I order four Whoppers with cheese and two Spicy Chking. I was given the wrong order. They botched up... on my order big time! They gave me four cheeseburgers and two Spicy Chking. They got part of the order correct but forgot togive me four Whoppers with cheese. When I got home I realized I had the wrong order. I pay $41.09 just to get the wrong order.And I tried calling them more than six times and no one answer or picked up the phone. What kind of service is this were theyhigh on marijuana. They need a new staff and management for this Burger King location. Or better yet close it down. I will nevergo there ever again. Read more
I wouldn?t give the location such a low score but for their apparent nepotism leading to a communication gap. For one, the... cashier didn?t recognize a menu item. I ordered the bacon stacker and a medium fries. Basic order. This should be covered day 1of basic job training. Then, when I tried to point to the menu to ask for the number 5 SANDWICH and a medium fries, she failedto recognize that I didn?t want the soda. I repeated the direction for sandwich and fries, she again failed to recognize a basicdirection. Without major changes, this location will be reliant on the Popeyes sharing the storefront and most likely will fail.There?s a McDonald?s two blocks over that doesn?t make basic errors and is faster. I recommend them. *Edit: fries were somehowundercooked and oily coming out of an automatic fryer. The incompetence is absolutely stunning. I?m not eating the burger out ofconcern for my health.
