Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, and avocado- to go. Cashier went to the back to confirm there was avocado... and was charged extra for it. Then told they didn?t have any avocado so they refunded me but then gave me a plain bagel insteadof everything. ???? Read more

I really prefer to... patron local businesses, but some things are inexcusable at this point (i.e., moldy bread pudding, making substitutions withoutinforming people, adding things to order that a customer cannot eat because it's actually a food sensitivity and was left off onpurpose).
