Great location, but even better people run this location. I stop in multiple times per week and always created warmly. Such a... nice perk vs how low service levels are for other coffee shops within NYC. Service and experience are the differentiations thatcreate loyalty, and this location is reliably pleasant. Interesting location on 37 street. They have upstairs sitting area but I wasn?t crazy about it. I stopped during the week and my... latte was good. However, on the weekend, my latte was off. The taste and foam was off. And there was no design. Read more
Randomly ended up in this coffee shop late one day and absolutely loved the vibe of the place. My friends and I were served by... the manager, Charlie, who was funny, professional, and very friendly. On top of that, we all tried a different sandwich andcoffee and everything he made was delicious. This is definitely going to be one of my go to coffee shops for a coffee or a smallmeal. Read more
I?d expected the service to be similar with any other location but there was just one worker here. Is it because it?s less busy?... I could understand. However I wouldn?t say I enjoyed it here cause all I tasted in my matcha latte was burnt milk. My avocadotoast was okay-ish cause they only had one type of bread left. But I couldn?t enjoy due to the burnt matcha drink. You?d expecta hot drink to be hot, yes.. but burnt? Poor service. Sorry but worst $18 I spent. Read more
