Food is excellent and fresh. Prices just went up and I will be making far less trips to this location. $20 for lunch is to high.

Can?t believe this place isn?t rated higher. Fantastic lunch ? always super fresh and healthy. Lines can get pretty long but... they keep it moving. On the expensive side but worth it if you can afford it. Read more

Pretty good, healthy option in the Midtown area. Food is served cold and the portions are pretty generous. I go here once a... week, and like the shrimp best. Read more

Healthy quick meals that are tasty but not as hot and fresh as the 40th location. I think they make it there then bring it up.

Revised Review. Original review below for completeness, but I will say that a manager called me about my review and was beyond... lovely in trying to explain the issues I encountered and to make up for it. And the food was beautiful and everyone talked abouthow good it was. So I'm very happy to report that after an initial major disappointment, I was very pleased with the overalloutcome. I really hope they hire some new people to assist with order taking during busy seasons, as I'd hate for others to beturned off like I originally was. Uh. Wow. I'm hosting a party and was enticed by their catering website and figured I'd givethem a try over my usual catering place. I called a week ago to place the order, and asked if it was possible to deliver to Brooklyn (not deepinto Brooklyn, just over the Manhattan bridge). The woman acted like I had asked her to travel to Iowa. "Uh! No! We wouldn'teven CONSIDER going there for less than $6,000". Okay... fine. I'll pick up. Not a big deal, but her TONE of disgust... The restof the call involved her sighing heavily and acting like I was causing her a major inconvenience by simply ordering some traysof catering items. She never gave me the total, and I was so shocked at how I was being treated that I was just in a hurry toget off the phone. Fast forward to this morning, when I called up to ask if I could make a slight modification to my order (Iwanted to add a tray of desserts). The woman who answered said "you have to call back. I'm too busy to talk to you". Really?Okay. Thanks but no thanks. I won't be giving you any more money. Of all the business events I've hosted, I've never beentreated so badly by a catering department and if it wasn't so close to the event and during a busy holiday time, I would cancelthe order all together. It's a shame, I can't even remark on the quality of food because the taste in Read more
