Really wanted my fav malt shake - mint chocolate chip with cookies and cream. Alas this location didn?t have any mint flavored... ice cream the Saturday I visited. I chose my back up recipe - cookies n cream and cookie dough. Not the same at all but I hadto make do :/. The staff were very unprofessional... one in particular very big male mid-thirties to mid-forties was watching something on his... device very very loud and obnoxious and I asked him to lower it and he gave me such an attitude. He was downright nasty andrude. I grew up with the knowledge of the customer is always right and when you are disruptive and distracting the customerfrom enjoying their experience then you as a staff member are 100% wrong.
