Hats off to the lady and gents working their tails off on Saturday night. Turning out hot fresh pretzels and Cinnabon rolls. Non... stop cooking in this tiny joint. But perfect. Counter was full of customers. And the workers kept baking and rolling out thedough (icy cinnamon rolls, pretzels etc etc). Tasty lemonade the kids and I loved. Tough location (Port Authority and TimesSquare) no matter. Perfect late night snack. Thanks! Read more

Great quick bite at Times Square. A bit pricey I believe 1 cup of mini hot dogs is 7.99 however it is delicious. Disadvantage... is its tinny and there is always a line. And if you go later during the day there is a chance they won't have many productsavailable. Cups look small however they are quite filling. Read more

Walked 10 mins to get my daughter a pretzel only to find them closed! Closing time says 11pm. I arrived 10:25!

Terrible. Just terrible. All of workers are soooo rude and they seem not happy. And also don?t know what they are doing. I don?t... care if pretzels are good. It?s not all of quality of foods. Also workers keep telling customers they have to wait for theirpretzel and telling them wrong minutes. I have waited like 20 minutes when they told me 8 minutes. Wouldn?t recommend this placeto anyone. There are more Auntie Anne?s in city so go somewhere else Read more

I don't know if it was the time of day I went, but the pretzels here are usually not that fresh nor tasty. The location is smack... dab near Port Authority/ Times Square area, so maybe that's the reason why there is also very little selection every time Ivisit. Very bad representation of this chain which is pretty tasty at other locations. Read more

Slim pickins - Cinnabon had most options available. Pretzels, not so much. Barely anything to choose from. Wait for another... flavor was told to be an 8 minute wait to the customer in front of me. Employee seemed to completely hate his job and was notfriendly by any means. Read more

Best Pretzel chain in NewYork. Sweet warm and crispy with a soft and fluffy centre. Lots of options to choose from and all... freshly made. Queues stretch out of the door of the small shop onto the street. Read more

A very small pretzel and Cinnabon place right by the Port Authority. It is more like a storefront than an actual store. The... food is hot and fresh but I can't see spending four bucks on a pretzel no matter how good. Lines move very slowly. Read more
