Great quick bite at Times Square. A bit pricey I believe 1 cup of mini hot dogs is 7.99 however it is delicious. Disadvantage... is its tinny and there is always a line. Walked 10 mins to get my daughter a pretzel only to find them closed! Closing time says 11pm. I arrived 10:25!
Terrible. Just terrible. All of workers are soooo rude and they seem not happy. And also don?t know what they are doing. I don?t... care if pretzels are good. It?s not all of quality of foods. Also workers keep telling customers they have to wait for theirpretzel and telling them wrong minutes. I have waited like 20 minutes when they told me 8 minutes. I don't know if it was the time of day I went, but the pretzels here are usually not that fresh nor tasty. The location is smack... dab near Port Authority/ Times Square area, so maybe that's the reason why there is also very little selection every time Ivisit. Very bad representation of this chain which is pretty tasty at other locations. Read more

Hats off to the lady and gents working their tails off on Saturday night. Turning out hot fresh pretzels and Cinnabon rolls. Non... stop cooking in this tiny joint. But perfect. Counter was full of customers. And the workers kept baking and rolling out thedough (icy cinnamon rolls, pretzels etc etc). Tasty lemonade the kids and I loved.
