Very good but bland. I'll explain why. We had two set menus, one with the steak and one with the chicken curry. The stake was... amazing, light searing on the outside, but amazing with rice and salsa. Wow. Then my chicken curry looked as tho the chickenwasn't cooked at the moment and the overall taste was bland, nothing flavoursome. Then my mezcal cocktail had chilli flakes thatfell from the rim but the frozen margarita was nice. Desserts were served straight after the mains without checking with usfirst. I've been wanting to visit for some time. Today was an impromptu walk in. Brunch was being offered. Food was flavorful and... delicious. The DJ created a throwback vibe with the early 2000's R&B music. Our waiter Benndito was superb. Definitely willvisit again to check the after work energy. Read more
We took the train on Father's Day to this restaurant that my girlfriend's sister there's Sun recommended and they are from... Mexico... Well let me tell you it was not hard to find find it was a lovely corner restaurant we ate outside.. Her waiter wasfun friendly and comical... Most of all are food with excellent excellent we shared a variety of plates from chicken wings whichweren't appetizers but served with mashed potatoes and a salad which really made it great for share.. The lobster ravioli wasexcellent one of the best I've ever had everything was so great warm and friendly I was primly I will be showing pictures... Butmost of all let me recommend the brownie Alamo was Astonishing a lovely cake type brownie with ice cream and drizzle with araspberry Topping... Well even though I didn't order but wanted to the steak and eggs looked excellent what a lovely piece ofsteak not that chopped up minute state did a lot of places Sir.... This place was so so so much fun, I truly loved it! This place is perfect for people from 25 to 45. They play 90s music with a... little new school and even some Spanish. The food was absolutely amazing, I had the best mac and cheese and fried calamari ever.The happy hr drinks had very light alcohol but were very tasty. Loved all dishes our table had. Shrimp and grits being the best! The plantain hash was way more than I expected.. and I would... totally reorder the kale salad. The rum punch is refreshingly good, and worth doing the bottomless option. But continue to keepyour eye ????? on the waiter when the crowd grows.. to get your refills. This place was really cute. We got there early when it opened to make sure that we had a spot, they would not seat us until... everyone was there. If you don't have a reservation, I would get there by noon because it got crowded really quick. DJ came onabout 12:30pm and the place was definitely full by then. The food was pretty good and the drinks were ????, especially the rumpunch. Waiters were very nice and worked really hard getting to everyone, I really think there were maybe only 3 or 4. Read more
