We had brunch on Mother?s Day and the food was amazing. Everything was outstanding, from the pate plate (our appetizer) to the... brunch dishes. This cute spot is AMAZING! For the elevated flavors and quality of the dishes offered, Amuse Bouche is such a great value! On... my first visit, I chose to bypass the ample portioned quiche and sandwiches, to instead order out of the ordinary. The stuffedacorn looked like a dish I've never seen. You'll usually lose me at "vegan" and I certainly never gave much thought to acornsquash, but after devouring the stuffed special of the day, OMG, I am an acorn squash convert. Hidden gem inside La Marqueta under the train tracks, just a few blocks from Central Park and Museum Mile. Delicious and... authentic French bistro fare plus brunch specials.
