19 Cleveland pretends to be a chef restaurant like in Tel Aviv Israel. The atmosphere and vibe are amazing, the service is... excellent and friendly, the food is fine, but still not as good as chef's restaurants in Tel Aviv. The menu tries to encompasstoo many flavors and it's a bit of a miss. Recommend coming mainly for the atmosphere and cocktails. Read more
We had an overall okay experience. We had a table booked for Thursday evening. The music inside was incredibly loud so we were... grateful to sit outside. We were surprised to hear that “we must order everything at once because they were busy that night”which was not ideal because our friend was late. We got two schnitzel, pappardelle limone, the halloumi, hummus, tahini, halfcauliflower. The food was tasty, especially the halloumi and the tahini. I also liked the limonana cocktail with arak. The pastawas a bit disappointing so I would recommend getting something else. Overall it was pretty pricey. Also, there’s only onebathroom so I would recommend going to the bathroom at the ice cream place next to it (it’s the same owner) instead of waitingin line. Read more

This restaurant really gives the Israeli -Tel Aviv vibe. The atmosphere is a bit too loud to my taste. The food was decent but... not so special for NYC. The drink I had was good with a little bit of a sesame touch to it which was unique. The place itself isa bit crowded since it has very little space, add to how noisy it is, it wasn’t a very quiet, chill brunch like I hoped.However, the staff is very nice and if you’re coming with a group of people to have a good time, it could be just the placeyou’re looking for. I was really looking forward to this place. Started with the hummus and falafel and they were very good. But as soon as I took a... bite of the ceviche I felt knots in my stomach.
