Nice restaurant. Good vibe with a straightforward menu. I do like it when options do not overwhelm you. Had Carnitas Enchiladas... Especiales, really nice flavor with a touch of spicy which was just right. However, presentation wasn't great and the coentortillas were on the bottom not rolled as I traditionally see them. Caused them to be more on the soft side but flavor didcompensate for that. Good import beer selection, went for Pacifico. Finished my meal with Mexican Flan Napolitan, which I wouldrecommend for sharing as it is a bit dense and reach, not a bad thing but fair warning. Read more
Our favorite local Mexican restaurant. Authentic flavors and great staff. Our kids love it too and sideways ask when we are... going back next. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable. Being near the hospital parking is a bit hard, but can be foundwithin a few blocks. Very happy that I don't have to go downtown anymore for great Mexican cuisine. Read more

This was my place to get food every time I needed to pay a visit to the hospital. Quality is great, price a bit salty, but still... worth to go once in a while. However, today I ordered an enchilada with rice and they took it another level. The amount Ireceived was ridiculously small, rice came in a tiny sauce cup... Very decent torta, and friendly staff who were attentive. Prices seem very fair and the portions were adequate?although I wish I... had a few more fries. I really liked their fries which were hot and crispy. Did I mention that I wish I had a few more fries? My youngest daughter enjoyed her item on the very reasonably priced kids menu (cheese quesadilla), and my oldest daughter likedher flautas. Nicely decorated interior that was comfortable and larger than it appears from the street. I?ll be a repeatcustomer for sure. If you?re looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place to be. On the outside it might look like a dingy restaurant but... when you go inside, it looks very presentable. The food is amazing! We had the nachos with pulled pork (carnitas) and theflavour was just oozing. Never had nachos that tasted that good. We also had the fish tacos and I was not expecting that totaste that good either. Situated in a pretty nice neighbourhood with lots of cool shops. The store front is pretty hidden as the entryway is shared by a... few other merchants. As we were new to Mexican food it took us a while to choose our item since there?s no pictures on theirmenu so had to Google it up. Tacos are fresh and the meat are well flavoured. I got the grilled chicken, steak and fish. The 2condiments are refreshing and zesty. Fries are fresh and the right texture. When the food came it look a bit less but by thetime I finish I realized it was the perfect portion. My partner had the fish tacos also in three?s with fries. We didn?t orderdrinks and the bill came to $32 before tips. The guy who service us was friendly and check our table a few times. Will come backnext time to try out other dishes !
