I have ordered from this location many times but the quality and attention put into the bowls in my last 2 orders was... disappointing. On my second last order the avocado tasted weird but I still decided to give them another chance. This time mybowl was missing cucumber, edamame and they are skimping on the premium topping. The Lougheed mall location has betterpresentation and quality, I will be sticking to that location from now on if I am craving some poke. Read more

I love Steve?s poke but had a bad experience at this location yesterday. Got food poisoning not long after. I ordered a... customized bowl with 3 protein (2 spicy chopped scallop & 1 shoyu salmon) & half quinoa & half salad. I suspected it was theshoyu salmon as it was the last bits in the tub and looked a little watery. Also, the air con yesterday at this location wasoff, the temperature inside the store was too warm for serving raw fish. **Update** I appreciate the owner taking the time torespond to my review and explaining how they take food safety measures very seriously. It was such a shame that this hadhappened to a store that I love & support over the years. Very pleasant customer service here. The corn and edamame beans were noticeably very fresh. Overall, the poke here was very... good. The only thing for me is that I found the quality of the salmon mediocre here compared to some other poke places. I foundit left a bit of a fishy aftertaste. Amazing customer service! Staff are really kind, friendly and professional! A few instances where most food establishments would... turn you away. This location went above and beyond trying to support me in both my parking issue and the fact I was given noticetakeout wasn't possible I did not know, yet they allowed it to happen just the once!
