The products are great customers service not so much

Always great. Safe very nice don't keep you waiting I was out of there in about 10 minutes. And nee what I was looking for.

I had ice cream this time. They also have sugar free chocolates that are delicious!!!

I always purchase the same chocolates- nutty mac whites. This time I was served by Cole. This experience was made more enjoyable... because of conversation that we had. It is important to remember many of us do not have interaction with anyone and to be givenexceptional service was the highlight of my day! No problem with the store or their products but it was the staff two ladies working they were very short and abrupt with... customers that were purchasing items even when I bought my items they were very abrupt It?s felt like me being in the store wasnot appreciative I felt more like it was an inconvenient but I was there buying stuff Read more

Today was not my first time going to this Purdy's location, but today I stopped there for some impulse ice cream with the kids ... and was especially pleased with the service. The ice cream and chocolate was great as it always is and the customer service wasby far the best I have ever received. The name of our server was Niteh and she was so welcoming to the kids and knowledgeableabout the various chocolates the children found her fascinating that we must have been there for at least ten minutes justtalking to her. I highly recommend going here the next time a sugar craving hits. Read more
