We tried their ice cream today because I wanted to redeem my birthday coupon for a single scoop cone. We have never been there... before and didn't know the process and that's what I told him. I told him I was redeeming my birthday cone. So, he asked for myID and checked it against today's date. He asked if I wanted cone or cup. I said cone and I picked pistachio ice cream. Heweighed the ice cream. Then he asked if I wanted toppings. I assumed toppings were included as I didn't see any signage onadditional topping charges. I picked my toppings and he mixed them in to the ice cream and pit the scoop into the cone. If youhave ever received the free birthday cone email from Marble Slab, the scoop is not that big! The scoop basically fits in thecone opening. My kids had single scoops in small cups. These were $6.99 each...definitely will not be going back for this price.The ice cream wasn't spectacular either. The guy was rude, not friendly for an ice cream establishment! Would rather pay thatprice for a large frozen yogurt somewhere else and service with a smile! Read more
Ice cream tasted delicious. We walked in and it wasn?t busy just before 5PM. Fast service. Only concern is how they take... precaution to ensuring the equipment doesn?t cross contaminate for allergy concerns. Read more

One of my favourite holidays of the year has to be National Ice Cream Sandwich Day (August 2nd). I mean come on? who doesn?t... like a good ice cream sandwich? As it turns out, Marble Slab Creamery and BCAA have been running a rewards program for the lastfew years where BCAA members can pick up a free ice cream sandwich from Marble Slab Creamery locations on this most auspiciousof days. I stopped by their location in Queensborough Landing to grab my freebie. I was a bit surprised that there was nolineup of customers here but the person working in the shop said that they already had their big rush and were almost half outof their ice cream sandwiches by the time I got there. Sandwiched between two large chocolate chip cookies, the moderate layerof vanilla ice cream in the middle doesn?t really look as amazing as some of the other ice cream sandwiches that have beenfloating around social media lately. Still, this was a large ice cream sandwich that is sure to satisfy anyone looking for anice cream treat. I did really enjoy the chocolate chip cookies that they used. I?ve read some mixed reviews about service atthis particular location but didn?t experience any problems. Read more
I love the ice cream here, marble slab is my go to place for ice cream but I?m giving them 4 stars because of the customer... service. The lady there seemed reluctant to put the add-ins we wanted. But it?s okay cause it tasted good... the brownies were abit dry though. Read more
