So excited that we have coco New Westminster. However, customer service was bad in this location. First time I went during soft... opening, they told me they haven?t received Belly machine yet, so they told me to keep the receipt and collect the points fromother locations. I went there early today, they told me they won?t have belly machine for sure, and also told me I cannotcollect the points in other locations,even though Burnaby locations are the same owners. Very nice to have a Coco closer to home! The staff is really nice and friendly, and the drinks, always on point.

Poor product. The staff does not know the product well. Preparation of drinks are terrible. On a hot summer day should advice... customer the right amount of ice. I had a terribly taste and warm drink. Read more

bad experience? I ordered two bubble teas both no ice. However, I got the one with ice.

Our family is always excited for new businesses to open in uptown. Coco was no different. Upon opening we set out to show our... support. I really really wanted to like this place however they are not really vegan or substitution friendly. My husband and Iwent in two separate times and were told that the creamer they use is in fact VEGAN! However, on further inspection of theingredients right on the bag we came to learn that the creamer contains whey. What they meant to say was the creamer is lactosefree. Still we reluctantly returned because our child wanted to experience the new business. Again we were told that the creameris vegan and we insisted it isn?t and they continued on that it absolutely is. After trying to order a drink omitting thecreamer for my daughter we learnt that it just wasn?t possible to make changes. So we switch to a few peach specials again to betold we can?t add pearls to the drinks selected. For me, that?s kind of the point of going to a place like this. I?mdisappointed in the drinks we had as a result but also the misinformation the staff was spreading. I?m writing this so thatsomeone with a true dairy allergy doesn?t fall sick from the creamer. Staff should be educated on the difference between veganand vegetarian and other dietary restrictions as they are working in a industry that warrants it.
