How could my food be cold, I ordered it 5 minutes ago. Rarely when I go I get hot fries, fresh chicken and good chicken strips.... Ordered 3 meals and everything came ice cold. The cheese was still hard and not even melted! The patty tasted like it didn't... even hit the grill and just went straight from fridge to bun. The onion rings were so salty, cold and hard. I think they skippedthe fryer on these as well. The service was lacking. They had a trainee on till who had no idea what he was doing and no onearound to help him. Poor guy. I came in at around 1pm and ordered a english muffin sausage & egger. The cashier told me that they didn't have sausage so I... ordered the English muffin bacon egger. He then told me that they didn't have breakfast when the menu clearly says it's all day.So I told him it said all day. He then said he could ask his manager and she told him yes to my original order. Truly upset, it was April 4th, just 2 days into Ramadan, as i am Muslim. So I specifically asked for the uncle burger with... cheese but no bacon, for my religious beliefs.
