Stopped in for breakfast to go around 9 a.m. Service was prompt and efficient. The young lady was friendly and helpful. Store... was clean. Did notice a couple of chairs were missing part of the seat. Overall I would rate it a 10 per my experience. Read more
This is by far the worst experience I've had at any fast food establishment. I ordered a spicy ch'king deluxe for myself and... chicken fries for my 2yr old. I received thee hardest and driest chicken fries ever, as if they were sitting under the lamp fora week, yet it somehow took time for them to give it to me. The spicy ch'king deluxe was clearly not with the deluxe toppingsbut also sad, small, tough yet soggy. Oh and clearly not with the spicy sauce either. My son ended up having to eat the top bunof my sandwich as his lunch because it was the only thing I didn't feel might harm him from what they gave us. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for a completely raw chicken sandwich. Absolutely horrible. We arrived at 11 am in the drive thru and ordered... chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. We were told it would be about 5 minutes for the chicken to cook, which was fine. Wewaited over 30 minutes with no communication on when the order would be ready. I finally walked inside to gather my order and itwas finally ready. We arrived home only to find out the chicken sandwich was completely raw. I won't even mentioned the qualityof ingredients in the rest of our order. We've had a similar bad experience before but we will not again, as we won't bereturning. Read more
