I waited about an hour and a half for a delivery yesterday. First I missed a call from the store, and they didn't leave a... voicemail. When I called back they said they were out of wheat bread, but they would make my order right away with differentbread and send it out . About 40 minutes passed and I called asking about it. The guy said it was on the way. I called again 20minutes later and he said they had to remake my order because they brought my food to the wrong address, but it was on the wayagain. After another half hour I called to cancel and the guy said that I wouldn't get a refund because he didn't know how to doa refund. When my sandwich finally arrived, it had the wrong mustard on it. I've always loved JJs but this is the worst location by far. Extremely slow service, randomly cut in half subs (full sized 16")... where you actually have to ask for that giant sub to be cut in half as if that's not a common practice ANYWHERE else. I lovepicking up my lunch break sub and getting out to the job to find out I'm trying to pick up a 16" falling apart mess. JJs hasalways been a "freaky fast" establishment but this drivethru is always the slowest I've ever seen. You try to order and they'recutting you off cramming in their 20 questions about adding cheese/pickles/cookies making you stop and repeat yourself. Nothing is worse than a mubbler in the drive through window, on top of that he seemed to be put out by my order. I just got to... town, checked in my hotel, headed to find food since I had been traveling since 2:45am... my order wasn't tough JJ BLT, extramayo and lettuce it had neither.. Please put someone with some excitement in your drive through, or teach them to fake it! Read more
Incredibly positive attitude group of employees... lobby was closed but as a trucker they let me order inside.. internet was... acting up and I showed my age by mentioning about the old school credit card brick machines with the hand receipt and we all hada good laugh talking about it... but as I said, they all seemed like they work well together... was a great interaction..... We had a bad customer service experience the last time we visited this Jimmy John?s. The manager approached us for our most... recent order and apologized for our previous visit. It meant a lot to us and the sandwiches were excellent. Read more
Worst customer service ever!! Ordered a beef sandwich with lettuce and tomato and no mayo and was lectured on how their... customers need to learn how to order their sandwiches!! I?m trying to order a sandwich for my mother in law who?s tending toher dying husband, my fantastic father in law!! We also had other family members make an online order and when we picked it upgot an earful on how they could have used that bread to make other sandwiches while this order was waiting for pickup. Then theJimmy John?s associate flipped us off after we picked up the sandwich. Very rude and unprofessional!!! I usually have a great experience but this time I waited over 30min. I callled them back and had to wait another 20 minutes for... the bread to be made and then it will get shipped out. This is at 8:00pm! You should never have to wait till more food has beenmade. No compensation but a free cookie or bag of chips! Not happy and cancelled my order! Read more
The sandwiches are never wrong, we're never waiting over ten minutes, and I've never experienced this location being out of an... ingredient which are all amazing things. I just wish the employees didn't look so sad and worn down mentally. Mental health is aserious thing and whether it be a physically run down or mentally, something seems to be going on at this location with it. I'venot once seen someone working here smile.
