Checked in for 2 nights and first night the beds are lumpy and noticeable deep depressions from long overuse. The shower... diverter was broken in one room so got switched to a different one. The beds were still the same with one being a bit lesslumpy. Partner woke up at 4am with 5 small extremely itchy welts that after itching became about the size of a quarter whichleads us to believe that there are bed bugs at Four Bears Casino. This lead for us to leave immediately to not risk any morespots or taking anything back to our home. Will not stay here again and would STRONGLY NOT recommend to others. Read more
Got a room for two nights, first night we couldn't take a shower in our room because the shower diverter was stuck. so we asked... for a different room. Second night in the different room I woke up with welts/bites on my arm and on my chest and back. Bothbeds in both rooms were bad and lumpy. Richest reservation with the management of pine ridge. Fix the BEDBUGS and get betterbeds. Dirty gross casino. Don't support this casino. Read more

Stayed here in September of 2019 for an event they hosted. Decent place, it?s not a five star rated place so people have to be... mindful and rate it accordingly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Machines didn't work. Some wouldn't even take money. Machines just GONE ???? this is probably the least professional casino in... the state. I just don't get why it looks like that? I love going to ANY other casino. But will settle just cuz I'm here. Slowservice. Was at the bar to order a BIG cup of soda for $1.00. Stood there for an EXCESSIVE amount of time while the TWObartenders were messing with the till. They see us... And just don't care. Well I just walked away and got coffee. So much forservice. Food is not that good. Eat before you go unless you want to eat an overpriced buffet. Cowboy Hall of Fame looks justsad. Is that really ALL the decorating you can do for our Cowboys? Sheesh. Rv park. Quite economical. Hookups need attention. Someone from another spot was hooked up to ours and we ended up moving. A tad... shaky on maintenance and lawn care. Quiet and no problems from any folks staying there long term, seemed like most. Ladies atcheck-in store polite and helpful. Good spot for quick overnight. Casino was average for similar venues. Dated dingy room, I had 3 different types of bugs, but no bed bugs thank goodness. They have a new side to the hotel which is... probably way nicer but I expected better/more from a Casino hotel especially for the cost which is over priced for what you get.The staff was very nice which gained them a star.
