I ordered the crunchwrap combo online and had door dash deliver it. Taco Bell employees forgot my drink, sauce packets, and sour... cream on my crunchy taco which was in pieces. I have tried calling them for hours but it rings and then hangs up. I knowrestaurants are understaffed but it shouldn't be hard to read a ticket and make that food especially when it comes to $20 afterdelivery and door dash fee plus tip. My order number is 984787. I have been going to this taco bell for many years, today was absolutely the worst I have encountered in all my 35 yr on this... earth, I am a very humble person that takes life as it comes. The food they served me my dog wouldn't eat it, the chalupas werehard as a brick the lettuce was wilted an disgusting. Nothing I order had sauce on it, ALL THE FOOD WAS DRY!!!! Taco Bell? where do I start. The order is wrong. Cheese cup, no chips. One teaspoon of meat on the 10$ nacho bell grande. The... lid not even on it. Cinnamon things not in bag. So I called the manager who refused to say his name and was rude as hell. Ittook everything In me to not drive down there and throw this bag in his face. I will never eat here again I?d rather throw my30$ out the window then eat this dog food. The kid is supposed to be a manager and doesn?t even know his name. Yells atcustomers. Puts garbage food in the bag and then doesn?t even check to see if all the garbage is In there. People like this kidneed a life lesson and to learn some work ethic. I particularly like the customer service at the drive-through. The order taker/cashier is invariably polite and sociable,... comparable to a restaurant server. The food comes out hot, tasty and with generous portions. Being right by the high school,they sometimes run out of a popular item, but it works out. A favorite of mine. Read more

This place is clean. The teenage servers are polite, efficient and professional. There were a few customers inside the... restaurant and there were at least 5 cars at the drivethru, the food came out fast, fresh and hot. Our favorites are the DoritoTacos and Fiesta Cheesy Potatoes. They are delicious as always. This restaurant gives less ground beef than the otherrestaurants. The potatoes here are 1.99 while other Taco Bell charged only 1.79. The free wifi here works a lot better than someother Taco Bell?s. 4 stars. Will surely return. ** The servers are very personable, extremely friendly. We tried the $5 stackerbox which include a Dorito Taco, a hard regular taco, a nachos, a stacker and a drink.
