I order the same thing everytime I go to Dunkin. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich on the plain bagel... While I was saying plain... bagel the lady in the drive through kept talking over me, asking what bread, and everytime I tried to tell her, she kept cuttingme off. I pulled up to pay and there were about 3 girls just laughing away... That wasn't what upset me, it wasn't until I waspulling away did the one girl say sarcasticly, thanks for being so sweet.... I was just like really.... And drove away. I didn'teven eat my sandwich, because I have worked in service industry and they do mess with your food.... But I guess it's my faultfor not going to my usual Dunkin. Read more

They almost never get my order right, and I totally respect the hardship of working in food service but it?s just become... ridiculous. Once ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Their bacon is the scariest consistency I have ever eaten. It wasleathery, almost and the cheese was not melted at all. It wasn?t even warm when I got it. During a completely different visit, Iordered a large sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened tea which was a huge waste of my time I had to wait for the singular drink.The ticket on the side of the cup even said sweet and they were not busy at all. There was one car ahead of me at the time of myorder and maybe one behind me when I received the incorrect order. I?m just confused on how they manage to mess up my ordernearly every time I go. This is my morning coffee stop when I'm in town. Great service and they get your coffee fast. I always stop for a large coffee... and sausage and cheese croissant, then go to the beach to greet the day. Read more
Today was free donut day, so I indulged. Never again. I know it was free, but still, it was practically inedible. Whoever made... these donuts did not set the oil at the proper temperature or did not cook them the proper length of time. It was a blueberrycake donut that was extremely thin looking, and the reason for that was it had not been fully cooked. The inside was dense andoily and very disgusting. Some quality control is needed! anyone on the staff should?ve been able to tell that these were notmade correctly. However, my coffee was fine and the service was friendly. Read more
coffee tastes watered down, only non milk option was almond. hash browns looked like they were cooked by hunter biden during a... bender. they were all smashed..the girl at register didnt say sorry or 1 word..went to back..my misses is standing there andsays what do you want me to do with these...the girl told my misses to go throw them away...I must be getting old seems likenobody wants to do their jobs anymore..its ok, we are retired and can go wherever we want to eat..dunkin is just closer than thenew starbucks beach side NSB. we had to wait for fresh ones..the sandwich bagel the cheese wasnt even melted..we live locallyand quality seems to have gone down here..I had coffee at edgwater Dunkin and it was as strong as a good mcdonalds or Starbucks.I read that some Dunkin are adding hot water to coffee to save money..it sure tasted like it. Not sure about what you think, the 24 oz dunkin stainless steel tumbler works just as good or better than my 30 oz Yetti. Just... saying, if you don't have one give it a try. I find it holds ice longer than my Yetti. I still love my Yetti and this is just anoption to try. Read more
