Was not impressed. Food was definitely a 2 and customer service aswell. Wasn't a diner vibe like I was hoping.
I ordered two egg sandwiches which totaled at $12 which wasn?t really a problem. I asked gentleman if I can have a three packets... of Splenda for my tea back at the office and he states, we?ll we only give it to you if you order coffee. I said thank you, putthe Splenda down and walked out with my order. Never again. Read more
Great small mom and pop breakfast diner for quick bit to eat. They close at 3pm. Staff is friendly and accomodating.
Great food. Great people. I have dined in as well as ordered out on numerous occasions (sometimes more than once in a day... since i work from home). We are always greeted with a sincere hello when we come by. The staff gets to know their customers ona personal level from the owner to the kindest delivery guy i've yet to meet. I am meticulous with my orders yet the orders arealways correct. At times, I call and forget to say (no sugar) and the wonderful waitress recognizes me and reminds me..no sugarright? I was introduced to Shore Road Diner by a dear friend of mine. Suffice it to say that I have returned on multiple occasions with... different people and they have fallen in love with this diner. It is quaint with an inviting Mom & Pop feel. The staff isfriendly and accommodating! The food is very good and is consistently good. The price point is spot on and reasonable. Unfortunately my family and I didn't have the best experience at Shore Road Diner. We ordered waffles and silver dollar... pancakes. The batter of the waffles was very thick. I'm all in favor of hiring teenagers but I feel they haven't been trainedproperly. They waiter brought me an orange juice when I asked for cranberry juice. Then decided not to bring the correct drinksat all. I had to ask another waiter. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the bathrooms & kitchens should be closed to thepublic. This diner is big and has very nice and quick service! The food looked good and it tasted great! Recommending it!
