Simply put, this place just needs better management. I?ve remained a loyal patron for a while now and I always come back FOR THE... FOOD. To keep this short the servers are just awfully clueless and it ruins the experience. Salsa y brasa has so much potentialand I?m saddened every time I?m let down. My recent issue is the hours, on your website you guys close at 10 but I have passedby 2 times now after work (weekdays) a little after 8 and you guys are either closed or closing. I drive far to get here so itsof course a let down. It?s honestly the little things that ruin the experience and there is little to no attention paid to tableservice. I wish you guys well and will continue sending and coming with my friends and family but I hope there?s a change soon Read more
A very good experience with service and food quality. I had dinner with my daughter, she GM had beef tacos and I had the bisté... saltado, delicioso!!!!! Good atmosphere and great Latin music. Price is very reasonable. Read more

Amazing food, people, and atmosphere. I ?? going here with my fam. The Peruvian and Mexican dishes are authentic and very well... priced!!! I always wish I saved some for leftovers but it's so hard to stop eating. Lol. Read more
I took my family for the last time this weekend, it is the second time that I say not to put so much ice in the sangria that now... the pitcher is much smaller than before and the prices have gone up exaggeratedly so they added water instead of ice, it seemsthat if I don't want so much ice they put water in it and they use the gallon passion fruit juice that costs $3 and very littlemeat on the plates, if you ask for chili because they only give you an extra small monqui dish for 6 people or if you ask forsomething extra, even ketchup, everything will be charged extra, is an abuse. I wish them luck. The owner has to change hisattitude, when you ask for the check is telling you the total included the tip then when they bring you the receipt to sign thetotal have a line line to put the tip again is insane Read more
Horrible Customer service ever. I ordered a drink and when I took a sip it was so sour I made the sourpus face. When I told the... waiter if I can please exchange it he sent over the waitress. She asked what was wrong. I told her it's too sour, too much limewas added. She proceeded to say, "well, I still have to charge you." She didn't even offer to exchange it for another drink. Iwas expected something along the lines, "I do apologize it's not to your liking, would you like me to exchange for a differentdrink" instead it was, "well ill have to charge you anyways" Great customer service. My husband saw this place on Facebook and judging from the pictures he thought this place would be a great spot for us to try.... We drove from Parkchester to try this place. The restaurant is beautiful so that was a plus The only downfall was there were alot of flies. We did the lunch special. My husband had a drink The bulldog the Corona was half full The food had no flavor.Everything tasted like it came from a can especially the mashed up beans. I wanted soup and they didn't have any more soup thatcomes with the lunch special so we had to go with the salad. The salad that they gave was soggy it tasted like it had been inthe refrigerator for days. The food was horrible I highly doubt the person cooking in that kitchen is a cook or a chef.Everything tasted like it was a microwave dinner so our experience here wasn't great at all. One of the waitresses was nice.The one with the blonde hair acted like she was frustrated. No customers should have to hear a waitress, huffing and puffingusually we take pictures of our food but the presentation of that plate wasn't great at all. Read more
Don?t go on a Thursday night? The place was empty and they forgot to place part of our order. I got my food and my mother?s food... never came. They left us there waiting for food they were not preparing. They need trained staff because customer service washorrible. I was shocked that they included gratuity for a party of two. They didn?t offer water, didn?t clear the table, noroffered dessert. The chicken quesadilla, the mini chicken burrito, the mini steak burrito, and the rice and refried beans wereaverage.
