Ordered chicken fingers to go waited for 35 minutes so I asked the lady to check in the kitchen to see if they received the... order and comes out to tell me that there was a mix up. The restaurant was completely dead with zero costumers and I’mstarting to see why. I asked for a refund and she gave me an attitude and had to ask her for a receipt. We tried this place for the first time and thought it was great. We plan to come back again. I thought the filet mignon was... great. And they let me substitute a vegetable for a starch, which I appreciated. On the kids menu, the grilled cheese wasloved. It had, what seemed liked a pound of cheese, on it. While the food and ambience are nice, the service and management were horrible to us today. They weren’t busy, took forever to... take out order and then it took 30 minutes for salads and chicken fingers for my daughter to come. My meal was wrong and when itwas sent back something was still wrong and they couldn’t care less that I was unhappy. Read more
